Leon Moody

The Moody Group is a real estate sales and property management company located in Wesley Chapel, Florida. With our staff of highly experienced professionals, we provide a wide array of services to the entire Tampa Bay region. Our services include residential and commercial real estate sales and property management and community association management. Our goal is to provide each client – whether a new home buyer, seller, investor, property owner, tenant or community association – with premier client service designed to meet their needs.

Leon is a licensed real estate broker and owner of The Moody Group. He has over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and property management. Leon is a veteran of the U. S. Army (Army Medical Corps), and an active church member. He has been recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International. A native Floridian, Leon enjoys boating, fishing and hunting.

Vanesa Gallucci

Vanesa moved to Florida from New Jersey in 2000 and joined The Moody Group in 2013 with extensive experience in the mortgage processing industry. Since joining The Moody Group, she has obtained her real estate and broker’s licenses. She is responsible for management of residential properties, including determining owners’ leasing requirements and owner negotiation. She is also responsible for placing tenants in properties managed by The Moody Group. As a real estate broker, Vanesa works with sellers and buyers, assessing their needs and representing their interests in real estate transactions. Vanesa has been instrumental in the company’s expansion and continues to establish community and charitable relationships.

Outside of The Moody Group, Vanesa stays busy with her two children and supports various non-profit organizations.
